Michelle

Michelle is the Owner and head coach of Canyon Gymnastics. She is a two time Utah State All-Around Gymnastics Champion and the Western States Champion. She is also a Utah State Tumbling Champion! She has competed in all levels of gymnastics and Tumbling up to Elite and has competed nationally! Michelle has coached for Nebo Gymnastics in Payson and also for Alpine School District Community classes. She served an LDS Mission in North Carolina and has 5 kids. Michelle has been teaching from her home gym for 9 years in Cedar Hills.

 

LILLY & VIOLET (Michelle’s Daughters)

Lileah and Violet (my daughters) have been in my classes since they were little and now it is so fun to have them coaching with me! I have used them over the years to demonstrate routines for classes and how to teach tricks.  They are wonderful spotters in all levels of tumbling and gymnastics and the fun part is they can demonstrate the tricks better than I can since age is getting the best of me. 😉 Because they have watched me coach for so many years, they know exactly what to do with classes and know how to help kids learn all the techniques needed for beautiful tricks and routines. It is fun to have them working with me! Lilly is a Junior at Lone Peak High and Violet is a Sophomore at Lone Peak High.
