LILLY & VIOLET (Michelle’s Daughters)

Lileah and Violet—my daughters—have been part of my classes since they were little, and it’s such a joy to now have them coaching alongside me! Over the years, they’ve helped demonstrate skills and routines, and it’s been amazing to see them grow into confident and capable coaches.

They’re both excellent spotters and can teach and demonstrate tumbling and gymnastics skills across all levels—even better than I can sometimes (I’ll blame that on age catching up with me 😉). Having watched me coach for so long, they know exactly how to run a class and help kids learn the proper techniques for mastering new skills and performing beautiful routines.

It’s truly special to work with them. Lilly is currently a Senior at Lone Peak High School, and Violet is a junior there.
