Experienced Coaches

Our coaches are all about progression and not babysitting. Kids are encouraged to learn skills to advance to new levels. We help kids learn skills safely and we use fun equipment to help kids reach their goals. MICHELLE is the Owner and head coach for Canyon Gymnastics. She is a two-time Utah State Champion and Western States Champion. She is also a two-time Utah State tumbling champion. She has competed in all levels of gymnastics up to Elite! She has coached for Nebo Gymnastics in Payson and also for Alpine School District Community classes. Michelle has been teaching from her home gym for 10 years in Cedar Hills. Coach TORI has been coaching with us for 4 years and can coach all levels as well as our Cheer classes. She was the cheer captain her senior year for Lone Peak High. Coach MICAELA has been coaching with us for 2 years and was a competitive dancer, cheer coach, and loves to tumble herself. Coach KATE has been in tumbling for over 10 years and has coached for another gym before coaching for us. She can coach all levels. She has been great at coaching technique. All of our coaches are so wonderful with kids.
